GENERAL CONDITIONS

- All bookings
will only be held for a maximum of 5 days pending deposit payment

- We are a
quiet park and only accept bookings from families and adult
couples

- We reserve
the right of admission at all times and the right to ask any person
to
- leave the
park

- In the unlikely
event that your booking should not be available for any reason, your
- money will be
refunded in full and you will have no further claim against us

- ACCOMMODATION
BOOKING TERMS

- A deposit of
£150.00 is required to secure any weekly booking or £60 for short
breaks
- with the balance of
payment due 28 days
before arrival.

- Notice of a
booking cancellation must be received by letter or e-mail at least
- 28 days
before the arrival date and we will endeavour to re-let the unit. In
the
- event of
being unable to do so the remaining balance of outstanding fees will
be due
- from the
hirer.

- In the event
of a unit being re-let an administration fee will be deducted from the
- monies being returned.

- Holiday
insurance application forms for UK residents are available on
request.

- CAMPING &
TOURING BOOKING TERMS

- Low & Mid
Season Deposits less
administration costs will be returned providing

Season
Deposits are non refundable unless 7 days notice of

cancellation is received by letter or e-mail and the pitch is re-let
